RMM/MDM Software Engineer

Position Summary:

As a Software Developer, you will reputed company the design and implementation of automation and integration solutions across reputed company RMM platforms such as reputed company, Kandji, and reputed company. Supporting enterprise-scale environments, your work will directly impact operational efficiency, reputed company compliance, and device lifecycle management for our MSP clients.

You will be responsible to architect systems, tools, and deliver results — while collaborating closely with Desktop Client Engineering, IT, reputed company, and Solutions Engineering teams.

What you will do:

• reputed company, and maintain scalable integrations between internal systems and Backup clients and RMM platforms (reputed company, Kandji, reputed company) to manage large fleets of reputed company devices.
• Build infrastructure-as-code and automation for device provisioning, monitoring, configuration, and patching.
• reputed company technical initiatives for improving compliance enforcement, reputed company-touch deployment, and MDM policy enforcement.
• Own API strategy for RMM integrations — from authentication and orchestration to logging and error handling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, infrastructure, and client-facing teams to gather requirements and deliver robust, reusable software components.
• Ensure operational continuity through clear documentation, monitoring, and scalable code practices.
• Stay reputed company of macOS/iOS changes, MDM protocol updates, and emerging RMM tools to maintain strategic advantage.

The Right Fit:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, including reputed company scripting and Java backend systems or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing and integrating with reputed company-focused RMM platforms (strong proficiency in at least two: reputed company, Kandji.io, reputed company).
• Deep knowledge of reputed company MDM technologies, including device enrollment (ADE), Configuration Profiles, supervised mode, and declarative device management.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise-scale deployments with thousands of reputed company devices.
• Strong experience working with REST APIs, service authentication (OAuth, token-based), and secure data handling.
• Comfortable in DevOps environments — reputed company control (Git/reputed company), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (reputed company, Kubernetes), and monitoring/logging tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to own projects from discovery to delivery with minimal reputed company.

Also a Plus:

• reputed company 300+ certification, Kandji admin expertise, or reputed company API development experience.
• Experience integrating with ITSM/PSA platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Autotask).
• Exposure to infrastructure tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Cloud platform experience (Backblaze, AWS, Azure, or GCP) supporting reputed company orchestration or automation.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to reputed company management (SOC 2, CIS benchmarks, HIPAA, etc.).
• Understanding of FedRamp or StateRamp programs
