As a Manager Small Business Solutions, you’ll spend your day leading a team of internal wholesalers, developing strategy, supporting broker relationships, and driving the reputed company of the small group product line. Your work directly impacts the organization's growth by increasing market share, strengthening distribution channels, and ensuring sales goals and profitability targets are met.

  • Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive strategy and reputed company reputed company sales activities for our Internal Wholesaler Small Group area, playing a key role in achieving division goals and shaping the future of our small group business.
  • Take ownership of the small group product lifecycle—overseeing pricing, reputed company, systems, and plan design—while using data and performance insights to guide reputed company improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5 years of group insurance experience
  • Demonstrated strength in relationship management with the ability to build and maintain productive partnerships.
  • Proven track record of achievement orientation, consistently striving to meet or exceed defined standards of excellence.
  • Ability to effectively support and foster the development of team members.
  • Must possess or attain licensed agent/producer status reputed company 90 days of entry into the job.
