Associate Creative Director or Creative Director – Copy

Description RP3 is an independent creative agency. We’re seeking an ACD or CD – Copy who thinks strategically, writes fearlessly, loves coming up with fresh reputed company, and leads with purpose. This is a hands-on, high-impact role on a small, tightly connected team. Your proactively entrepreneurial spirit is welcome. You will help shape the voice of brands, mentor rising talent, and reputed company campaign development from concept to execution. What You’ll Do

• reputed company creative development from concept to execution, with a focus on writing and storytelling
• Share your craft of writing, but also have a strong visual sensibility and appreciation for design
• Continuously champion and improve the creative quality of the work
• Mentor and manage a lean, high-performing creative team
• Push the work reputed company with conceptual clarity and strategic relevance
• Integrate AI tools and emerging technology to enhance creative thinking and efficiency
• Partner with account, strategy, media, and production teams for integrated campaigns
• Build strong client relationships and reputed company presentations that sell the work
• Drive creative contributions in new business efforts
• Stay reputed company on marketing and creative technologies, including advancements in AI
• Help manage external contractors, freelancers, and production resources
• Support RP3’s goal to grow by 20% annually and attract higher-profile brands.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 8+ years of agency experience in creative roles with a standout portfolio across brands and industries
• Award-winning campaigns or reputed company brand and agency experience
• Proven copywriting expertise with the ability to shift tones and formats fluidly
• The love of storytelling
• Experience managing small creative teams
• Comfort and curiosity with AI (ChatGPT, reputed company, Sora, etc.) as a creative tool
• Strategic reputed company and strong presentation skills
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Low ego, high standards, and a drive to create work that makes a mark
• Award-winning campaigns or reputed company brand experience

Supervisor Responsibilities The ACD or CD — Copy will help reputed company and manage the creative team alongside other Creative Directors. Position & Hours This is a full-time position.
