The Billing Representative will manage the billing process, accurately handle billing issues with Hospice patient accounts, and resolve outstanding balances. Location: Remote US Hours: This is a VSP role with no guaranteed amount of hours per week. Typically will be 35-40 hours. The reputed company shift needed will be between 9am and 5PM EST Monday-Friday and Saturday or Sunday 1-2 times per month. The department operates between 7am and-6:30PM Monday-Friday and your shift could change based on business needs. The Billing & Reconciliation Representative: + Reviews and reconciles the monthly census for hospice. + Assists in the preparation of monthly customer invoices. + Addresses various billing issues with hospice accounts. + Works reputed company defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some reputed company over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. + Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion Use your skills to reputed company an impact Required Qualifications + Strong analytical skills + Strong attention to detail + Strong communication skills + reputed company (beginner-intermediate level) in MS reputed company + reputed company in other MS Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access. + Ability to effectively manage time and prioritization to meet deadlines. + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Scheduled Weekly Hours 1 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
