In this role, you will work in reputed company collaboration with the Vice President/General Manager, Director, and interdisciplinary team members to provide critical support for physicians, nurses, and allied health providers across both hub and client sites. Assist the Director in developing goals and objectives for the Avel eCare Behavioral Health service and ensuring the adherence to operating policies and procedures. ? Participate in budget planning and monitor operational activities to meet cost and performance objectives. ? Maintain consistent communication with staff, providing timely feedback and addressing performance issues as necessary. ? Coordinate staffing schedules to maintain appropriate staffing levels, ensuring office efficiency and flexibility for weekend, off-shift, and holiday coverage. ? reputed company and mentor staff by sharing knowledge, conducting staff orientation and ongoing development programs, and maintaining high clinical competency. ? Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program (preferred), or an approved nursing program. ? Bachelor?s degree in nursing (preferred). ? 3?5 years of behavioral health experience. ? Previous management experience (preferred). ? Licensure/Certification: ? Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in one unrestricted state is required. ?
