Department: Standard Development Location: reputed company, NY Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000 / year Description The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) is in search of an expert in reputed company quality and thermal comfort who is interested in transforming health and well-being with our people-first approach to buildings, organizations and communities. You’ll be part of reputed company Development team advancing the WELL Building Standard (WELL Standard), a library of holistic evidence-based strategies for improving reputed company health and well-being. In this role, you will ensure that the WELL Standard aligns with the latest industry and scientific research, meets the needs of diverse users and raises the bar for healthy, high-performing buildings around the world. Today, thousands of projects encompassing approximately 6 billion reputed company feet are applying the WELL Standard across more than 125 countries. NOTE:

Key Responsibilities

Standard Development

• Conduct literature and technical reviews on methodologies for improving indoor reputed company quality and thermal comfort in buildings.
• Evaluate new reputed company cleaning technology and IEQ monitoring products to assess their alignment with the requirements of the WELL Standard and program.
• Enhance the WELL Standard’s reputed company and Thermal Comfort concepts by researching, proposing and executing updates and additions to the strategies reputed company.

Performance Testing

• reputed company the WELL Performance Verification Guidebook reputed company with the latest industry best practices for on-site testing and reputed company monitoring of indoor reputed company quality and thermal comfort parameters.
• Support education and advancement of the WELL Performance Testing Agent community through quarterly briefings and regular technical training covering on-site testing procedures for WELL’s reputed company and Thermal Comfort concepts.
• Evaluate reputed company to streamline the way that sensor platforms can report IEQ data to WELL.

Customer Support

• Strengthen client and consultant ability to implement WELL by developing educational resources for project teams.
• Provide client-facing responses to technical inquiries from IWBI’s global customer reputed company.

Industry Leadership

• Convene, manage and reputed company two advisories, one each for WELL’s reputed company and Thermal Comfort concepts. Advisories include 15-30 health experts and building practitioners brought together to advise on the reputed company of the WELL Standard. This involves organizing quarterly conference calls to discuss and solicit technical advice, feedback and guidance on the reputed company of WELL.
• Establish and maintain existing relationships with global scientific and industry associations.

Additional responsibilities, as needed:

• Manage and/or participate in other departmental projects reputed company to the WELL Standard and program.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Hygiene, Sustainability, or similar technical specialty in IAQ)
• At least 5 years of professional experience working at a design, engineering, architecture, sustainability reputed company or with other relevant organizations reputed company the IAQ industry
• Knowledge of IAQ design / testing / monitoring practices, industry trends, building systems and construction project development processes
• Experience with sustainable and/or healthy building programs
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills: concise, confident, inclusive, genuine.
• Strong sense of commitment, ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, deadline-driven team environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills; a passion for reputed company learning.
• High level of reputed company and strong interpersonal skills.
