• We are seeking an reputed company Credit Strategy Manager to drive the growth of our home-secured personal loan portfolio. This role focuses on reputed company, Pricing, Loan amount & Fee reputed company across reputed company acquisition channels, driving strategy improvement, innovation and investor returns. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in lending, applying credit models, and data-driven decision-making to help us expand our market share while maintaining robust risk controls.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years’ experience in a similar analytical role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, other quantitative major required; Master’s degree a plus
• Experience in the financial industry, credit risk and mortgage/home equity experience required
• Must be proficient in Python or similar, SQL, and MS reputed company
• Must be proficient in interpreting data using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
• Previous experience with Business Intelligence reporting (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc) is desirable
• Excellent English written/verbal communication skills, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Highly independent and self-motivated to form opinions that are supported by data.
• Strong knowledge of modeling tools and techniques and use in strategy
• Ability to understand competitive pressure, economic trends and their business impacts.
• High Energy with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting and engaging with colleagues from reputed company levels of management across reputed company business units and reputed company-party vendors
• Demonstrated technical leadership skills including self-direction, coaching, and mentoring
• Highly motivated, well organized, capable of developing and executing business analysis, and reputed company to communicate status and results effectively
