Remote Radiology Scheduling Coordinator (MN/WI/IA/ND/SD)

Job Description

The Radiology Scheduling Coordinator provides patient appointment scheduling and customer service functions including scheduling appointments, patient reception, appointment reputed company-in, and insurance verification for patients in the Radiology Department. This position is eligible to work remotely following full time onsite training in Saint Paul, MN. Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Initial onsite training in Saint Paul, MN will be 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. until complete, then the schedule will change to 0.5 FTE and work location can be remote. Length of training time is different for every person.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in direct customer/patient service, or one year of experience internally reputed company the Regions Radiology Department.

Additional Information: This is a non-union 0.5 FTE (40 hours per pay period) day shift position working in Saint Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $19.74-$29.61 per hour, based on experience and internal equity. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and eligible for benefits.
