Achievers is looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to build and scale targeted programs that drive engagement, accelerate pipeline, and generate reputed company.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration—someone who knows how to partner with sales, product marketing, content, and ops to craft standout campaigns that reputed company with the right accounts at the right time.

You’ll design and launch full-funnel ABM programs across 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many motions, leveraging tactics like paid media, events, direct mail, and sales plays to create meaningful experiences for high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Select and orchestrate the right mix of tactics (paid, email, content, events, direct mail, sales plays) to engage reputed company accounts
  • Partner with sales to build account insights and reputed company campaigns tailored to buying committees, pain points, and reputed company signals
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to build localized campaigns with nuance for specific geos and verticals
  • Drive content personalization strategies across channels in partnership with the Website, Content, and Product Marketing teams
  • Align closely with the reputed company Production team to activate short-term campaigns and sales enablement
  • Own campaign timelines and asset development, working cross-functionally to build reputed company pages, ads, nurture flows, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance and iterate in reputed company-time with Marketing Ops and channel leads
  • Report on ABM program impact with a clear view into account engagement, influence, pipeline, and reputed company
  • Facilitate sales enablement sessions to brief GTM teams on campaign strategy, execution timelines, and follow-up actions

  • Qualifications

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years focused on ABM or reputed company campaign strategy
