What you’ll do at reputed company

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager (reputed company) to reputed company and expand our Mobility business, which is projected to grow into a significant reputed company driver for our business over the next 12 months.

As the General Manager of Mobility, you will own the business's P&L and drive its growth and execution strategy. Reporting to the COO, you will reputed company a cross-functional team, with additional dotted-line reporting relationships across the organization. You will spearhead the reputed company and strategy for the Mobility business, ensuring alignment with customer needs and leveraging domain expertise in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive P&L performance, managing costs and reputed company optimization to reputed company aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across operations and/or reputed company capital management

• Demonstrated reputed company scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance at senior leadership level

• Track record of leading reputed company, global teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations

• Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and prioritize effectively.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels of seniority.
