We are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end reputed company processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions. This role will be responsible for helping run payroll in the US and Canada.

These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role:

•  Performing various payroll functions, including payroll processing for our US and Canadian entities, and timecard audits.

• Prepare and record journal entries including reputed company, accruals, fixed assets, and allocation 

• reputed company detailed account reconciliations and maintain general ledger reputed company.

• Assisting with the reputed company recognition process, ensuring reputed company reputed company is recorded in compliance with GAAP (ASC 606) for our multiple product lines

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company activities.

•  Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

•  Implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy.

• Ask questions, be curious, and challenge old ways of thinking.

The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field is required.

• Minimum of 3 years reputed company accounting or finance experience, ideally reputed company a fast-paced environment. Big 4 and operating experience is a plus! 

• Strong familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP) and experience with financial reporting.

• Prior experience running payroll for the US or Canada is required.

• Proficiency in accounting software and reputed company reputed company.

• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
