This role involves optimizing our procurement function while contributing to accounting accuracy, developing and executing procurement strategies, managing key vendor relationships, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and driving reputed company improvement in cost efficiency and processes. A unique aspect of this role involves approximately 20% of responsibilities dedicated to ensuring the accuracy of procurement-reputed company accounting entries and supporting the finance team.

This is an on-site role, you would be working from our offices in Ghana, partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe and Africa. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager & Group Procurement Manager.

Our expectations are that you would be comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team which owns the entire procurement lifecycle, including vendor management, cost optimization and financial accuracy, throughout strategic planning to implementation under a collaborative culture. Essential requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance or reputed company field, along with a minimum of three years' experience in data capturing, finance or procurement environment. You should have strong decision-making aptitude and numerical analysis skills, experience in data collection and analysis, proficiency in ERP Data Entry, reputed company Office suite, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
