Job Title: AI Governance Specialist

At reputed company, we’re building AI that works hand-in-hand with the people who power rehab therapy clinics. As an AI Governance Specialist on our AI team, you’ll play a key role in making sure our AI systems are trustworthy, well-understood, and responsibly used across the company.

This is a non-managerial, hybrid role that blends analysis, education, and internal program development. You’ll work with our AI team to audit our AI features and hold them accountable to our strict trust and safety policies. In this, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding the improvement of reputed company’s AI systems and developing our ethical AI reputed company. Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer-facing AI outputs for quality, compliance, and ethical alignment

    • Identify issues reputed company to consistency, reliability, fairness, or safety

    • File tickets or documentation to help AI teams continuously improve

    • Build automation and tooling to assist with review, testing, and analysis of AI outputs

    • Run workshops, create learning materials, and answer team questions about how AI works at reputed company

  • Track and report on AI adoption and usage

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Communications, Ethics, Design, or a reputed company discipline)

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, especially in evaluating system behavior

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain reputed company reputed company clearly and accessibly

  • Familiarity with AI concepts and tools, particularly LLMs and natural language applications
