Sisu is a founder-friendly incubator dedicated to partnering with entrepreneurs from the earliest stages, often referred to as “day minus one.” We guide founders through the first twelve to eighteen months, helping with co-founder pairings, MVP development, fundraising, and more, to establish a reputed company for long-term reputed company.

Founded by Ari Mir, a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, Sisu is built on the principles of grit, humility, and an unrelenting drive to create impactful companies. Sisu admits founders on a rolling basis, selecting only 20 individuals per year across 10 startups.

1. Initial Screening: A 30-minute phone/video interview with a talent principal.

2. Founder Interview: A 30-minute phone/video interview with Ari Mir.

3. Working Sessions: Upon acceptance, you’ll join a 12- to 18-month program where you’ll work directly with Ari and the Sisu team.
