The Speak Taiwan team is on the lookout for a Marketing Associate (Contract) to help us scale our influencer and paid media efforts as we grow into the #1 language learning solution. You’ll be working alongside a talented team of local and global marketers to reputed company our creative reputed company running—turning reputed company into campaigns and creators into brand partners.
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, creative, and excited to take ownership of the behind-the-scenes reputed company that brings great marketing to life. This is a 6 month contract position, working in hybrid model based in Taipei City. The majority of working hours are remote, but there will be weekly in-person team gatherings for stronger collaboration.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute influencer marketing campaigns and paid advertising initiatives
Research, identify, and pitch creators for campaigns, and manage communications, timelines, and deliverables
Draft and review influencer scripts to ensure clarity, brand alignment, and engagement
Track campaign performance and share key insights with the team
Help adapt influencer content into high-performing ad creatives
Refresh paid ad creatives and copy daily, ensuring proper setup at the ad set level (excluding campaign/budget)
Monitor competitor ads and surface benchmarks and creative inspiration
Manage UGC creators, including timeline tracking and content review for quality and brand standards

A recent graduate or junior marketer with relevant experience in marketing, influencer management, or similar roles
Native-level proficiency in Mandarin + business-level proficiency in English
Strong sense of ownership and execution—able to reputed company manage daily marketing tasks with precision
Strong sense of responsibility to maintain productivity in a remote work setting, with the flexibility to meet in-person at least once a week
A great communicator and collaborator, across both local and global teams
Creative instincts with strong copywriting or content editing skills, particularly for paid ads
Bonus points if you have
Familiarity with the Taiwanese influencer ecosystem is a big plus!
Internship or work experience in a start-up or fast-paced company environment
A degree, major, or demonstrated interest in marketing or reputed company fields
