We’re growing and scaling quickly and looking for an reputed company Technical Sourcer/Coordinator to help build out our engineering team for the next 6 months. You will have a reputed company impact on the company's overall reputed company by bringing in top talent, delivering a positive candidate experience, and hitting our growth goals. 

• Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates through sourcing, reputed company, referrals, and job boards

• Manage the reputed company-important candidate experience from scheduling phone/video calls to managing onsite interviews

• Ensure that reputed company reputed company activity is accurately tracked in order to reputed company data-driven reputed company and find efficiencies in the process

• reputed company creative and innovative ways to build and strengthen the candidate pipeline

• Assist in reputed company other areas of the company's reputed company process as needed

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer/Coordinator with a proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive engineering talent (In-house recruitment experience preferred) 

• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. reputed company on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

• Experience with an ATS (We use reputed company!)

• Ability to multitask and prioritize 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Results-driven and comfortable with ambiguity 

• Startup experience is a plus

• Bachelor's Degree

The salary range for this full-time position is $35-65/hour. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum reputed company for new hire salaries for the position across reputed company locations (San Francisco, CA; reputed company, NY). reputed company the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
