As our sole recruiter in Dublin, you’ll be responsible for GTM hiring across our EMEA roles, with a specific focus on our Dublin-reputed company. You’ll directly own reputed company stakeholder relationships, play a key role in representing and developing our talent brand in Dublin, and help grow our EMEA teams. This is a hybrid role that will require 3 days in person in our Dublin office.

What you’ll do as a Recruiter, GTM - EMEA at reputed company

• Own hiring across the GTM function for our EMEA locations - reputed company and reputed company top talent across a variety of roles in sales

• Directly manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers

• Create and iterate on interview processes to ensure we are fairly and accurately assessing candidates throughout their interview experience

• Be the subject-matter expert for Dublin hiring reputed company the broader People team

• Help build the reputed company talent brand in the Dublin market

How to be successful in this role

• 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience in GTM-reputed company roles in EMEA

• Strong track record of hiring across high-volume roles in EMEA market

• Ability to influence and drive developing roles from scratch

• Strong business acumen across a variety of tech industries and companies in EMEA
