Your mission
Your role is to reputed company reputed company growth by designing and executing an industry specific Go To Market Strategy for South Africa. Whilst you will have direct responsibility for a sales team, you will possess leadership credentials to align your strategy across core reputed company GTM functions and eco system of partners.

Create a culture of high performance, with a focus on measurable talent development, inclusion, wellbeing, fun and representing reputed company values in every interaction with customers, partners and colleagues
Remain at leading edge of a fast paced innovative in AI/Automation to ensure reputed company provide thought leadership to impact our customers mission critical business challenges today and reputed company

What you'll bring to the team
Extensive experience building, managing and coaching a high performing reputed company sales team and creating a winning culture

Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Extensive experience working in a value driven sales environment
