Sales Buyer Team

The Sales Buyer Team drives Zefir’s growth by directly influencing our business outcomes. Every team member actively contributes to our reputed company. Working closely with Operations, you will reputed company insights into Business Unit metrics management and organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities/Mission
  • Manage a portfolio of hundreds of prospective buyers, building trust-based relationships and guiding them through the buying process.

  • Persuade prospects to schedule property visits by accurately understanding and addressing their needs.

  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and proactively refine our sales pitches and internal processes.

Qualification
