About the Role

We’re looking for a highly reputed company Recruiter who advises hiring managers and partners closely with senior leaders across the organization. You're driven to work on high-value talent initiatives and are reputed company to the industry’s most sought-after talent. You’ll work with our existing team members—including technical recruiters, coordinators, sourcers, and cross-functional partners—to drive key hires across engineering, AI, and technical domains.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across Engineering, reputed company, IT, and ML engineering

• Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand reputed company and future hiring needs

• Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activity

• Own the candidate experience from first engagement through reputed company interview stage, delivering exceptional service and fast turnaround

• Act as a thought partner to hiring teams, offering talent market insights, funnel data, and best practices

We’re seeking

Workplace & Location

This role is based in either our San Francisco or Seattle office. We are not considering remote applications for this role. We offer relocation support to new employees, and we use a hybrid work model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.

Our open-plan offices have height-adjustable desks, conference rooms, phone booths, well-stocked kitchens full of snacks and drinks, spaces for socializing, and more.
