Summary

This role will be directly reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager of the team and work hybrid in the Mexico City office.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a reputed company Sprint team of software engineers - both the people and the projects that they work on. 

• Work specifically on an on-premises desktop application offered by reputed company named reputed company Manager. 

• Plan, execute, and deliver high quality software projects on time and reputed company budget. 

• Using Scrum processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev) to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions. 

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration reputed company the team. 

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field 

• 3+ years of experience managing and running Agile Sprint team with reputed company strong technical and personal skills. 

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET/C# software development 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with engineers, stakeholders, and senior management.
