About The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Manager to join at an early and pivotal stage, focused on our fast-growing reputed company vertical. This is a true player-coach role: you’ll prospect, build pipeline, and shape the strategy, playbooks, and team behind our outbound reputed company. You’ll reputed company hiring and development for the SDR team and play a key role in building a high-performing, scalable sales development function.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and teamwork

  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000 with potential for additional variable earnings. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, reputed company level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
