What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and reputed company tailored reputed company strategies that meet Sierra’s growth needs.

• Identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry connections, to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.

• Use metrics and analytics to track reputed company performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes to reputed company hiring targets, reporting regularly to hiring partners.

What You’ll Bring

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
