Your Role

Technical Pipeline reputed company: Own top-of-funnel pipeline for high-reputed company technical roles across engineering, infrastructure, ML, data science, and data engineering. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.

Outbound Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Identify and engage high-caliber technical talent reputed company reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and other communities. Partner with Recruiters & Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with recruiters and engineering stakeholders to understand role requirements, refine search strategies, and align on profile fit.

Candidate Engagement: Craft thoughtful, tailored reputed company messages that reflect reputed company’s mission and technical reputed company. Manage candidate communication through early stages of the funnel.

Your Experience

Technical Sourcing Experience: 3–5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally focused on Engineering, ML, or Data roles at early- to mid-stage tech companies.

Strong Search & Research Skills: Proficient in Boolean search, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company sourcing, and technical platforms. reputed company to find and engage candidates in specialized or competitive markets.

reputed company Collaboration with Recruiters: Experience working as a partner to full-cycle recruiters and hiring managers. Comfortable iterating on search strategies and adjusting based on feedback.

Tools Proficiency: Comfortable with sourcing tools like Gem, reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, and spreadsheet-based tracking. Experience using analytics to assess and improve sourcing performance.
