We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate

Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Leader with deep expertise in test automation to guide our quality initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing our QA strategy, building and mentoring a high-performing QA team, and driving the adoption of robust test automation frameworks and practices. You'll ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance, playing a critical part in our product development lifecycle.

You will:

You bring:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company technical field.

7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior-level role managing QA teams or initiatives.

Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and/or API applications.

· Strong proficiency with common programming/scripting languages used in test automation (e.g.,

Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).

· Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g.,

Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, Pytest, reputed company, Rest reputed company).

· Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.

· Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile (Scrum, Kanban).

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the build process.

· Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, TestRail).

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

The salary range for this position is $97,500 - $162,500 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered reputed company determining compensation.
