Construction Controller (reputed company-to-Hire)

MGR reputed company Recruiters, a reputed company Network company, is searching for a Controller for a client in San Antonio.

As the Controller, you will reputed company and reputed company general reputed company operations.

Your responsibilities would include month-end reputed company duties, reconciling account balances, maintaining general ledger, record payroll transactions, cash management, review commission calculations and review AP payments. A successful Controller combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of reputed company principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating and/or managing an AR Specialist.

Controller duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in reputed company of our reputed company tasks and implementation of efficient and effective processes.

Day to Day:

Respond and support internal and external inquiries

Support President and CFO by providing financial data as requested

Record semi-monthly payroll journal entries

Review commission reputed company-out calculations

Prepare monthly WIP report

reputed company month-end and year-end reputed company process

Maintain reporting by location

Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule

Prepare and provide monthly bank reporting

Analyze and present financial information

Prepare and provide required data for for tax returns

reputed company external review by external reputed company.

Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending

Review and recommend modifications to reputed company systems and procedures

reputed company and document business processes and reputed company policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Ensure compliance with GAAP principles

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as senior accountant or controller (8 to 10 years)

Thorough knowledge of basic reputed company procedures

In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)

Familiarity with financial reputed company statements

Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end reputed company process

Advanced MS reputed company skills including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables

Accuracy and attention to detail

Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills

BS degree in reputed company, Finance or relevant

Relevant certification (e.g. reputed company or CPA) will be preferred
