The Role

In this role, you will serve as a Business Development Representative driving new business in reputed company segments for Deputy. You will be collaborating cross-functionally with different stakeholders to execute on a new outbound strategy. We’re looking for a positive, outgoing, and ambitious individual to join the team and help drive our sales efforts.

This person will work predominantly on sourcing and building pipelines for our Account Executives in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. Specifically you will be working on building relationships with leads in our ICP, with a mix of social selling, traditional inbound email and calls, text messaging, and whatever tactics necessary to book demos for the reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reputed company, engage and qualify strategic prospects in reputed company segments and industries to generate pipeline and create qualified opportunities for our AMER sales team
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels such as calls, emails, reputed company, texts and live chat platforms aimed at creating new business opportunities
  • Run your own qualification calls with prospects, helping to determine if they should be passed to reputed company for the next stage

  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 1 year professional quota-carrying sales experience as a Outbound BDR or similar role at a Saas company, with a proven track record of achievement and the desire to build a career in sales
  • Team player and demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent phone reputed company and interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
  • A love for making an impact and working with a team to hit key goals and metrics
  • Passion and curiosity around technology with the ability to break comprehend and reputed company value points to customers
  • Must reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment
  • Proficiency with reputed company and other sales enablement tools (i.e. Groove, reputed company, Sales Navigator)
  • Startup and/or people tech experience is a plus!
  • The on reputed company earnings range for this role is $90,286 - $106,714 and includes reputed company pay and reputed company variable pay (subject to the percentage attainment of specific sales goals). The compensation for this position takes into account multiple factors that are reputed company considered to determine an individual candidate’s annual pay. These factors include but are not limited to: market factors, experience, technical and non-technical skills, education, certifications, and other business acumen.
