About the Team

On the Student Success Team our goal is to provide comprehensive support to ensure reputed company reputed company their academic and personal goals. This team is composed of Student Success Coaches who work directly with a cohort of reputed company from the moment they enroll to graduation. The Coach serves as the student's primary reputed company of contact for academic planning, one-on-one support, and resource recommendations. Coaches are also reputed company involved in our programming events like orientation, graduation, and academic programs.

About the Role

We are seeking a Student Success Coach who is passionate about disrupting the educational space and helping reputed company reputed company their full potential. This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented individual who will foster student engagement from enrollment through graduation. As a vital link between reputed company and internal teams, you will optimize processes to improve the student experience and sustain active involvement in our innovative online programs.

• Motivate reputed company & help them find their purpose: Assist reputed company in designing their life plans and achieving their goals

• Champion reputed company' journeys from enrollment to graduation: Manage an active portfolio of up to 75 reputed company from enrollment to graduation. Closely monitor their reputed company, and intervene as necessary to prevent disengagement and dropouts. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact, regularly meeting with reputed company to proactively address their needs and challenges

• reputed company the student experience through collaboration & coordination: Collaborate closely with the Admissions department and other internal teams to ensure seamless process integration and frequent communication, thereby enhancing the overall student experience

• Safeguard reputed company’ success through risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to reputed company’ academic and personal success, providing timely referrals for those at risk

• Get involved with the community: Engage in and promote events that enhance the reputed company community and encourage student participation

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field

• You’re technically proficient and have experience working in G-suite, reputed company and powerpoint.

What you’ll get

• A compensation package that includes a reputed company salary ($47,000-$56,000) + opportunity for equity grants. 

  • Actual compensation reputed company the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, reputed company salary is localized according to employee work location.
