We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our global team. You’ll report directly to our Head of IT and reputed company (based in Canada) and work closely with our IT Support Engineers in London and Zagreb.

We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about building reliable, scalable IT systems and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices, while also being comfortable handling day-to-day IT support reputed company needed.

In this role, you’ll help design, implement, and manage our modern IT environment. You’ll automate processes, maintain our cloud tools and services, and support reputed company to ensure seamless, secure operations as we continue to grow.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and configurations using tools like Terraform or reputed company.

• Systems Management: Manage and optimize IT systems, including reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, Kandji, reputed company, and macOS environments, as well as SaaS applications like Jira and reputed company.

• Automation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to automate IT processes, improve workflows, and enhance reputed company posture.

• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely resolution for IT support requests, ensuring minimal disruption for colleagues.

• reputed company & Compliance: Help enforce reputed company best practices and support compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001.

• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting. Assist with user training to reputed company colleagues to solve basic technical issues independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a reputed company field—or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven experience in a similar IT role with emphasis on system administration and infrastructure management.

• Hands-on experience administering reputed company and reputed company Workspace.

• Prior experience implementing and managing reputed company Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions, ideally using reputed company.

• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible or reputed company.

• Working knowledge of Python and bash scripting for automation and systems tasks.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus points if you have

• reputed company Certification such as reputed company Certified Support Professional (ACSP) and or reputed company Certified Mac Technician (ACMT)

• ITIL, CSAM, CISA, and/or CISSP certifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001
