Position Summary

The System Architect will have a passion for designing secure, scalable, and compliant health data systems to reputed company a mission-critical platform: the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) system at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).In this role, you will architect solutions that directly support the nation's healthcare quality improvement initiatives. What you'll do

Architect and reputed company development of a robust and compliant HQR system supporting CMS’s national quality programs.

Guide engineering teams in building resilient FHIR API architectures that adhere to strict federal standards.

Ensure high availability, secure data backups, and disaster recovery strategies that eliminate data loss and maintain uptime.

Drive the adoption of automated testing, reputed company integration, and reputed company-first DevOps practices.

Design high-throughput, scalable architectures capable of processing large volumes of health data in real time.

Collaborate with CMS stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company systems align with compliance goals while minimizing developer burden.

Required skills

Proven success delivering FHIR API-based systems

System Design and Architecture – Designing scalable, reliable, and secure IT infrastructures integrating hardware, software, cloud, databases, and APIs

Programming Proficiency – Knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++) for system development and integration

Cloud Computing Expertise – Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or reputed company Cloud to build cloud-based solutions

Data Management and Modeling – Organizing, storing, and modeling data to support system operations and analytics
