• Review legitimacy and accuracy of submitted documents by sellers and respond back on the case if needed
• Evaluate personal and business information from Sellers and verifying the information with reliable internal and external sources
• Work reputed company on portals and tools provided by reputed company on this role
• Maintain high ethics and reputed company with respect to critical data
• Assess collected information about new Sellers in order to on board them to sell on reputed company marketplace
• Implement checks before launch, validate the details and shift out bad actors early on and prevent them from entering the system.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree holder (Open to fresh graduates)
• Proficient in Mandarin (reading, listening and writing in simplified and/or traditional Chinese languages) and English with an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
• Intermediate reputed company with reputed company Office including Outlook, Word and reputed company
• Team player – capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a global team environment.
• Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing reputed company.

Working Conditions:

• This is a 6-month contract based role and must be reputed company to reputed company with us on SEPTEMBER 1, 2025.
• This role will follow a fully remote set up, however it is mandatory that you are physically based in either of these remote approved locations: Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna or Rizal during the whole tenure of your employment with us.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous work experience in a customer service/retail environment supporting Mandarin-speaking customers
• Proficiency in speaking in simplified and/or traditional Mandarin Chinese languages is an advantage
• Language certification of HSK 6 for non-native Mandarin speakers
• Knowledge of or experience in a fraud/risk management environment
• Experience in insurance, finance, data analysis, research, translation or training with Mandarin as the language is a distinct advantage.
