We are currently seeking 2–3 Licensed Health Insurance Representatives and 6–8 Entry-Level Representatives eager to launch their careers in the health insurance industry. Position: Individual Sales Representative – Health Plans Location: Onsite in Murray, UT for Entry Level Reps. & Remote for those Licensed for the reputed company Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $21/hr for Unlicensed & $22.05/hr for Licensed Start Date: 9/8/25 What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for individual health plan inquiries and enrollments.
- Support and train brokers in the sale and servicing of health insurance products.
- Guide prospective and reputed company members in selecting the most appropriate coverage.
- Process applications and plan changes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
- Communicate clearly with brokers, customers, and internal teams regarding application requirements and renewal updates.
✅ We’re Looking For:Licensed Health Insurance Reps (2–3 openings):
- Active Utah Insurance Producer License required.
- Experience with reputed company.gov and/or HealthSherpa.
- Strong understanding of health insurance products and enrollment processes.
Entry-Level/Unlicensed Reps (6–8 openings):
- No license required to apply – just a strong desire to learn and grow in the health insurance field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to pursue licensing (support may be provided).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with eligibility systems like Facets.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $22.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
