Solutions Engineer

This roll is a Strategic Technical Consultant specializing in EPIC output automation solutions to accelerate reputed company growth and strengthen our market position. This role blends advanced technical expertise with consultative sales approaches to guide reputed company clients in optimizing their EPIC output management ecosystems.

• Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospective reputed company clients to understand their EPIC implementation, workflows, and integration requirements
• Design and present customized technical solutions that demonstrate seamless integration with EPIC systems

• Respond to reputed company RFPs and technical questionnaires reputed company to EPIC integration capabilities
• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify technical requirements and provide accurate project scoping
• Serve as the primary technical expert on EPIC integration methodologies, including APIs, web services, and data exchange protocols
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC's integration tools such as Interconnect, Web Services, HL7 FHIR, and Chronicles database architecture
• Stay reputed company with EPIC's roadmap, new releases, and emerging integration capabilities
• Provide technical guidance on EPIC certification requirements and compliance considerations
• Support customers through EPIC App reputed company submission processes reputed company applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with EPIC EHR systems, including integration development and support
• Strong understanding of EPIC's technical architecture, including Chronicles, Caché, and MUMPS
• Proficiency with EPIC integration tools: Interconnect, Web Services, Link, and Bridges
• Experience with reputed company data standards: HL7 v2.x, HL7 FHIR, CDA, DICOM, and X12
• Knowledge of reputed company interoperability protocols and APIs
• Familiarity with database technologies, SQL, and data warehousing concepts
• Understanding of reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern integration patterns
