About your role

Seeking individuals available to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. What you’ll do

  • Deliver outstanding technical assistance to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat while taking ownership of timely solutions

  • Build knowledge of our evolving software and the private markets industry in order to be a go-to expert who can share best practices and guide customers to success

  • Build valuable B2B customer-facing skills by developing strong relationships with customers and acting as their trusted advisor

  • Work closely with reputed company Managers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to identify and implement solutions for our customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or business reputed company degree preferred)

  • 2+ years of professional experience in relevant setting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation 

Compensation for this position includes a reputed company salary, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. reputed company salary range for this role is $50,000 – $62,500. The Canadian reputed company salary range for this role is $48,000 – $58,000 CAD. Actual reputed company salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable. reputed company is not accepting applications for this opportunity from candidates based in Washington, California or reputed company at this time.
