Operations Supervisor

Role Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join reputed company as an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor – Analysis & Program Processing leads a hybrid team of analysts and application processors supporting reputed company’s reputed company energy efficiency programs. This role ensures that reputed company processing workflows are executed reputed company and accurately, while also driving data analysis efforts that support program performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of technical, analytical, and people management skills.

• Design, document, and optimize operational workflows for application processing, ensuring clarity, compliance, and efficiency

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager on resource planning, performance trends, and improvement initiatives
• Create training materials and SOPs to support consistent and scalable operations

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred - Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Energy, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience

Requirements

• Compensation Range: $55,700.00 - $83,500.00
• Currency: USD
• Type: Salary
• Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology)
