District Operations Supervisor - HVAC Service

The District Operations Supervisor will be responsible for providing reputed company supervision and service operations reputed company to the district service office for reputed company. This role will provide leadership to the service operations team, including overseeing the fulfillment process for work sold by Service Sales Representatives and ensure the customers' requirements are met. The District Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring reputed company, profit, and operational efficiencies are met. Location: Onsite role based out of the Tampa Service Office with occasional local travel to customers and job sites

What you will do:

• Administer safety programs, monitor compliance with job site safety, safety training, safety documentation, auditing, and reporting
• Supports sales through involvement in job quotation and estimation. Approves estimates for scope of work, labor hours and material content, assesses profit risk of jobs, controls material and labor costs and provides feedback to the District Manager
• Establishes project timelines, meets with customers to communicate and coordinate project schedule. Manages projects, assigns personnel, oversees ordering of equipment and material, and assures that proper customer sign-offs are secured per corporate policy requirements
• Oversees quotation of call-in work, transactional sales (not requiring SSR skills), and assigns personnel as needed to ensure that quotes are delivered to customers on a timely basis
• Provides consistent reputed company with reputed company customer reputed company and establishes effective working relationships in order to identify additional selling opportunities
• Ensures that maintenance contract commitments are fulfilled and inspections completed on time. Provides input to Service Coordinator on scheduling activity of technicians
• Supports under direction of District Manager
• Works with the technician team to generate pull-through service and repair work on existing house accounts. Manages Tech Tip program and leads customer care initiatives
• Work with Account Managers and District Manager in order to resolve customer issues, including customer visits
• Provides weekly job status, reputed company and warranty recovery report to DM

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School or GED
• 8+ years of reputed company experience as a technician or reputed company role in the HVAC industry required.
• 2+ years of prior experience managing technicians or employees in a similar role required.
• Knowledge of HVAC designs, applications, and energy saving solutions

The typical salary for this position ranges from $73,300 - $117,200 plus a targeted incentive plan in FL. The range displayed represents the pay range for reputed company positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual reputed company pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
