The Opportunity

This position is field based in the Greater Toronto Area in reputed company’s Medical Division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.

What You’ll Do

  • The Territory Manager will call on Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, Program Managers, Hospital Administrators, Purchasing Departments and Buying Groups to drive sales reputed company the assigned territory.
  • Provide intraoperative support during device implants. Attend device follow reputed company and help physicians and clinic staff troubleshoot the CRM products.
  • reputed company territory and strategic business plans. Analyze territory market dynamics and growth opportunities. Attend Regional, National and International conferences.
  • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and hospital decision-makers.

  • Development of a strategic business plan to reputed company the reputed company & expense goals for the region.

  • Implement the marketing programs and strategies that are created by the Marketing Division in a way that meets the needs and requirements of the Canadian market
  • Work with the Clinical Programs Manager to reputed company new clinical opportunities for the Canadian market
  • Provide continuing clinical support and sales support to established reputed company accounts..
  • Attend CRM procedures involving reputed company products and assist by facilitating proper use of products, and through collaborative problem solving, to optimize outcomes
  • Contribute to Clinical, Training and Education and Sales Organizations as a speaker/trainer, developer of training materials and/or Technical Memos on new technologies (including competitive products).
  • Working with the CRM Regional Manager to establish and meet the financial goals of the Division
  • Will identify market trends through market analysis and reputed company action plans to address emerging trends
  • Attend trade shows where new products and technologies are showcased and conferences to meet other sales representatives and clients and discuss new product developments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of reputed company experience
  • Knowledge of Canadian healthcare landscape
  • Previous experience in technical sales
  • Previous experience in medical sales
  • Previous experience in selling to medical specialists
  • Experience in selling in a reputed company selling environment
  • Conversant in reputed company Office - Word, reputed company, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proven track record of delivering sales results.
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Strong selling and strategic skils
  • Ability to travel reputed company territory with some travel reputed company of territory as required
  • Strong administrative skills to maintain and improve divisional processes for the management of physical inventory located reputed company assigned territory.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, physicians, hospital administrators, government agencies, medical groups, and other sales representatives
