RP is seeking a Data Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role is ideal for an reputed company professional who can reputed company data governance, ensure data reputed company, and manage data-reputed company projects to support VA mission objectives. The Data Manager will play a key role in establishing data management processes, ensuring compliance with data standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to reputed company data for decision-making.

This position is contingent upon the contract being awarded to RP Professional Services.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain comprehensive data documentation, including data dictionaries, standards, and policies.

• Provide technical guidance to teams on data integration, data warehousing, and data pipeline strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data assets align with mission objectives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality standards.
• Ability to interpret and implement data reputed company controls in compliance with federal regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or reputed company roles.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data privacy regulations.
• Experience managing large data sets, including data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting government or reputed company IT environments.
• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), reputed company Certified: Azure Data Engineer, or equivalent.
• Experience with reputed company data services such as AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or reputed company BigQuery.
• Familiarity with data reputed company standards and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
