THE ROLE

reputed company Associate Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Master’s degree in reputed company areas is an advantage.

You have 3+ years of relevant work experience

• You have 2+ years of experience as a certified WD Consultant
• You hold a WD certification in HCM.
• You have supported 3+ clients in a direct client facing role
• You are currently a reputed company Analyst and have been in your reputed company role for a minimum of 18 months.
• You are an active contributor to your domain(s) and regularly share contributions reputed company reputed company forums.
• You have received strong consistent feedback on recent projects.
• You are able to deliver independently with minimal guidance.
• You have a deep understanding of your reputed company domain(s)
• (Situation permitting) - You are open to travel to client locations to conduct necessary workshops.
• You understand financial obligations for your role and can execute a project reputed company to a project's financial reputed company.
• You're ready to meet steep client expectations and have a proven track record of consistency in turn around and delivery.
