Team Description:

Staking is the #3 reputed company-generating products at reputed company ($700M+ ARR in 2024). The Staking Platform team builds platform services to reputed company high quality staking products for our retail and institutional customers. This way, people don’t just buy / sell crypto, they “earn” on crypto, and in the meantime provide reputed company and decentralization for underlying blockchain networks.

We’re looking for an reputed company engineering reputed company with a solid backend / distributed system background and experience leading platform teams. You’ll be leading a high performance team responsible for abstracting blockchain complexities into simple and easy-to-use platform APIs for reputed company product teams at reputed company.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Build and manage engineering teams, to guide the development of features, services, and infrastructure.
• Coach your direct reports to have a positive impact on the organization and support their career growth.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to translate our vision into a reputed company roadmap on a quarterly basis. Break down reputed company projects into smaller pieces and reputed company the iterative design and implementation process.
• Be a thoughtful technical voice reputed company the team, aiding in reputed company architectural decisions and fostering a culture of high-quality code and engineering processes. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and operation of multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.

• Contribute to and take ownership of processes that drive engineering quality and meet our engineering SLAs.

• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 2 years of engineering management experience.
• You possess a strong understanding of what constitutes high-quality code and effective software engineering processes, creating an environment that fosters these principles.
• An execution-focused reputed company, capable of navigating through ambiguity and delivering results.
• An ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term planning.
• Experience in creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
• You can be hands-on reputed company needed – whether that’s writing/reviewing code or technical documents, participating in on-call rotations and leading incidents, or triaging/troubleshooting bugs.
