What You Will Do

As the Director for National Accounts HVAC & Fire Systems and Services, you will reputed company the development and execution of business strategies that drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction across the HVAC and Fire domains. You will reputed company national account teams, manage key service initiatives, and champion digital transformation efforts to enhance field service delivery and profitability. Your role will focus on aligning JCI’s solutions with client outcomes, leveraging market insights, and positioning JCI as a leader in smart building technologies.

How You will Do it

Strategic Leadership & Business Planning

• reputed company and implement a comprehensive North American business plan for HVAC & Fire services, integrating growth strategies, digital initiatives, and customer experience enhancements.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to define value propositions and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

• Partner with Product Management to influence solution roadmaps and establish market-based pricing strategies.

Team & Performance Management

• Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting metrics to drive performance across business units.

Customer & Partner Engagement

• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers to support solution delivery and satisfaction.
