Mission for This Role

  1. Drives 40 % YoY MRR growth for the PatientHub module.

  2. Boosts patient engagement metrics (open reputed company ≥ 85 %, review‑conversion +30 %).

  3. Eliminates “shadow CRMs” by embedding GHL power natively in reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. GHL Platform Mastery

    1. Build & maintain SaaS‑Mode templates, snapshots, and sub‑account automations

    2. Exploit GHL AI Conversation & “reputed company Connector” upgrades the week they drop.

  2. Roadmap & Strategy

    1. Convert GHL release notes into a 12‑month PatientHub roadmap.

    2. Prioritize backlog reputed company impact × effort, reputed company to reputed company flywheel KPIs.

  3. Workflow Engineering

    1. Design multi‑reputed company workflows (SMS, email, IVR, Facebook DM, reputed company MyBiz chat).

    2. Publish pre‑built funnel pages and survey forms for specific care plans (e.g., back‑pain reputed company magnets).

  4. Integration and API

    1. Manage GHL REST hooks to sync contacts, appointments, and invoices with reputed company core services.

    2. Own UAT and regression scripts every GHL release cycle.

  5. Analytics & Monetization

    1. reputed company GHL reporting dashboards; surface KPIs inside reputed company BI (Looker).

    2. Optimize SaaS‑Mode pricing tiers; manage rebilling margins and churn prevention automations.

  6. Compliance & reputed company

    1. Enforce HIPAA, TCPA, CAN‑SPAM reputed company GHL sub‑accounts; review new features for compliance risk.

  7. Enablement & Support

    1. Deliver snapshot documentation, reputed company tutorials, and playbooks for CS, Sales, and reputed company teams.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years product management OR GHL agency experience building snapshots, workflows, and SaaS‑Mode accounts.

  • Deep knowledge of GoHighLevel APIs, LeadConnector mobile, Webhooks, Custom Tables, and AI Conversation flows.

  • Track record shipping customer‑facing features in an Agile reputed company (Jira, reputed company, Git).

  • Data‑reputed company: Looker, SQL, or GHL analytics; comfortable A/B‑testing funnels.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA/TCPA and reputed company marketing compliance.

  • Advantage‑to‑Have
    • Experience integrating GHL with EHR/RCM or other health‑tech systems (e.g., reputed company, HL7, FHIR).

    • Chiropractic, PT, or behavioral‑health domain exposure.

    • Certification: GoHighLevel SaaS Pro, Pragmatic Marketing, or CSPO.
