About the position reputed company is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for our Global Payroll team, supporting Asia Pacific and Japan payrolls. In this role you will work alongside the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, India, China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand Payroll Specialists, and assist in the processing of end-to-end payroll for reputed company’s reputed company and future growth locations. You will be connecting with employees on a wide range of inquiries regarding HR & Payroll policies/procedures and will provide support and assistance to HR team members & leaders as required. This position will require you to work during Philippine business hours. About the opportunity • Assists with the preparation and processing of the payroll in various countries including, but not limited to, processing new hires, position changes and cost center changes. • Assist with the gathering, auditing, and analysis of routine HRIS and payroll data, as well as creating, running, and distributing payroll reports to appropriate reputed company holders. • Assists with interpreting and communicating company policies, and providing assistance, advice, and support to employees on payroll reputed company inquiries. • Assists with the maintenance of electronic employee files, understanding the sensitivity and confidentiality of the information and protecting our employees’ PII • Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and experience we value • 1-3 years’ experience in a Payroll role • A thorough understanding of the role and function of an HR and Payroll team, with experience using an HRIS. • Strong proficiency with reputed company, Word and reputed company. • Possess a high level of dependability, maturity, confidentiality, and courtesy. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including proficient English verbal and written communication to reputed company levels of employees. • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with a flexible approach and positive attitude to adapt to changing work requirements. • Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Emphasis on accuracy and quality while adhering to internal controls. • Ability to effectively work with international colleagues, engaging with teammates and leaders across the world.
