Your key responsibilities:

With the support of the LACE team you will help to drive the Agile transformation across reputed company. Your role will focus specifically on introducing a strong Agile culture reputed company one or more teams, and you will also have the opportunity to assist the Release Train Engineers with running of SAFe events.

• Train, mentor, and support teams to introduce and follow agile values, principles, and practices.
• Use a data driven approach to help teams monitor their performance and drive a culture of reputed company improvement.

• Identify and address impediments that could hinder the team's reputed company or productivity. Collaborate to find solutions and eliminate obstacles.

• Support the Release Train Engineers with planning for and running SAFe events such as PI planning.

What you'll bring
