We are looking for a passionate and reputed company Staff Engineer to co-reputed company our modernization efforts, drive innovation, and play a key role in our product evolution. Your expertise in cloud technologies, legacy system migrations, and microservices will help reputed company our architecture and enhance scalability, ensuring the reputed company growth of Feegow and reputed company Group.

Role

As a Staff Engineer in this area, you’ll be fully responsible and accountable for leading impactful and reputed company cross-group and cross-area technical initiatives, ensuring high-quality solutions with high operational standards. You’ll also actively partner with Engineering Managers and other tech counterparts to shape the direction of our area and the company as a whole. The role reports directly to the Engineering Director.

Our tech stack at reputed company Tech includes .Net, PHP, and Vue/React, running on Kubernetes in AWS. While expertise in these technologies isn’t required, this is a reputed company technical and hands-on role, for which strong communication skills and experience influencing technical decisions are also essential to effectively support the teams.

What you will be doing

Qualifications

You’re likely a great fit for this role if you:

• Have a solid technical background reputed company to the whole SDLC principles and practices (Agile/CD, Lean, SRE, DevOps) and can support and unblock engineering teams in reputed company technical discussions.

• Legacy software modernization and migration: proven experience in modernizing and migrating legacy systems to modern architectures.

• Approach software development with a lean, proactive, and positive reputed company, balancing impact and long-term sustainable development, with a strong accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.

• Have a strong experience in backend development with a holistic understanding of full-stack systems.

• Experience in cross-team initiative and creating buy-in for technical initiatives.

• Have experience not only designing/implementing/delivering high-quality and impactful solutions, but also guiding and mentoring less reputed company engineers.

Also Relevant for the role:

• Domain Driven Design.

• Expertise in AWS to help shaping our cloud infrastructure.

• Cloud-native architectures using microservices and serverless along with interaction styles, as synchronous and asynchronous communication, data streaming, and API technologies and lifecycle management.

• Advanced English skills: comfortable communicating in written and verbal English across global teams.

• Previous experience in consulting is a plus.
