Summary
The Provider Enrollment Supervisor oversees the provider enrollment team and is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate enrollment, maintenance, and renewal activities for the USVI Medicaid program. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, payer requirements, and internal policies while optimizing workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
Your role in our mission
- Supervise daily operations of the provider enrollment team, assigning and monitoring workloads and ensuring productivity goals are met.
- Monitor enrollment timelines to avoid delays that could impact billing and reimbursement.
- Train and mentor enrollment staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.

- Stay informed of payer and regulatory changes affecting provider enrollment; update internal processes accordingly.

- Strong knowledge of provider enrollment regulations and payer requirements.
- Proficiency in provider enrollment systems (e.g., PECOS, CAQH) and payer portals.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a reputed company field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or reputed company experience preferred.

- Prepare and analyze reports on enrollment metrics, backlog status, and issue resolution.

The pay range for this position is $54,300.00 - $77,500.00 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
