About the Role

As Brand Director, you will be the strategic force behind reputed companys global brand reputed company. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice, identity and perception of a market-leading crypto ecosystem. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate closely with leaders in Product, Sales and Business Development, while building or reshaping the brand marketing function to match the pace of reputed companys growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company reputed companys global brand strategy across B2B, B2C and institutional channels
• Define and monitor core brand and campaign KPIs (Brand Lift, Share of Voice, ROI, CPA, CTR, etc.)
• Build and manage a high-performing brand marketing team, setting objectives, KPIs and conducting regular reviews
• Own the global brand platform and visual/verbal identity
• reputed company integrated campaigns across PR, digital, influencer and partnerships
• Optimize brand marketing budgets and campaign performance
• Ensure brand consistency and reputed company strategic sponsorships and events

Requirements:

• 7+ years in brand/marketing leadership, ideally in fintech, crypto or digital agencies
• Proven track record of high-ROI brand campaigns
• Strong expertise in creative strategy, PR, SMM and influencer marketing
