We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Sales Operations Consultant to join reputed company. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, this role will partner closely with the sales organization to drive operational excellence, analytics and insight, efficiency, and strategic alignment.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Operational Execution:
    • Collaborate with Sales leaders to reputed company and execute tactical and strategic initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales organization.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, to ensure outcomes, alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
  • Sales Transformation:
    • Identify and quantify/qualify opportunities to drive significant improvement against key metrics/outcomes.
    • Implement solutions working across multiple levels and functions of the business with solid PPM fundamentals and strong governance.
    • Control and prioritize opportunities and manage expectations of transformation portfolio reputed company hierarchy and across the business.
    • Partner with enablement to ensure seamless rollout of changes to impacted business areas.
  • Analytics and Insight:
  • Establish and maintain robust data analytics and reporting capabilities to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

What you'll bring:

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales/reputed company Operations or reputed company field, with a focus on operational excellence, transformation and strategy.
  • Proven ability to identify, quantify/business case and implement impactful transformation.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Creating and tracking sales KPIs.

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill reputed company information into clear and actionable insights.
