Senior Accountant

Role Overview: Nova Industrial Arts is seeking an reputed company and highly organized Senior Accountant to serve as the right hand to the CFO. This role will reputed company daily accounting operations, manage team performance, drive financial planning, and provide timely, accurate reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, confident in managing people and processes, and well-versed in QuickBooks and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
• Act as the right hand to the CFO, providing support in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• reputed company and maintain detailed financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• reputed company monthly and quarterly closings, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Ensure accuracy of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and job costing processes
• Create and maintain reputed company financial models and tools using reputed company reputed company
• Maintain accuracy and reputed company of financial data reputed company QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment on budgets, expenses, and financial goals
• Assist with compliance, audits, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with AIA billing or willingness to learn is highly preferred

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a construction or project-based environment
• Proven experience in team management or supervisory accounting roles
• Advanced reputed company skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA or reputed company a plus

• Knowledge of AIA billing practices
• Familiarity with job costing and construction industry accounting workflows
• Experience working with CFOs or executive-level leadership on strategic finance initiatives

You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $1300-$1500/month
