The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the sales team. This position ensures seamless execution of sales processes, data accuracy in CRM systems, and delivery of actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable sales processes, workflows, and best practices across the sales funnel.
  • Manage and optimize CRM (e.g. reputed company), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline reputed company, and automation of key tasks. reputed company and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics.

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales support or enablement type of role, preferably in a B2B, high-growth or SaaS company. 
  • 2+ years of experience working with reputed company Analytics. Experience with Tableau, an asset. 
  • Experience gathering and analyzing reputed company-reputed company KPIs and creating reports for sales and finance leadership. 
  • An understanding of post closed-won processes and finance terminology (eg. billing, collections, reputed company recognition).
